Did you have a horrible experience at prom last year? Or have you always been too afraid to go? Do you have a crush that you finally want to ask to the big dance? If you’re ready to prove to yourself, friends and family that you can win that crown, grab a camera and answer the questions below.
1) Please say your name slowly and clearly.
2) What is your phone number?
3) Why do you need or want to be prom royalty?
4) What would make your prom night perfect? How do you want to look and feel?
5) When and where is your school prom?
6) Is there someone you’d like to be your date?
5) What activities are you involved in? (clubs, teams, hobbies, etc.)
6) Why do you need MTV’s help? Why can’t you do this on your own?
7) Who do you live with at home? Tell us about your friends/family.
8) How would this change your life? Why is this important to you?
9) Why do you need to do this now?
10) Last, stand back from the camera to get a full body shot of yourself. Smile!
Next, rename your video file with your FIRST NAME_LAST NAME_GOAL (Example: Jane_Smith_Prom.mov). Acceptable file types include .mov .wmv .avi or .3gp.
Then upload your video for free at dropitto.me/madecasting. The upload password is: MADE.
Finally, email us at MadeCasting@mtv.com. Put “PROM” in the subject, and list your contact information (name, phone, email, location).
