The new show “Sleepy Hollow” will begin filming shortly in Wilmington NC. “Sleepy Hollow” is a sci-fi thriller that stars Nicole Beharie, Clancy Brown and Richard Cetrone. The new show will premiere on FOX in the fall of 2013 and be part of the FOX 2013 – 2014 show lineup.
Plot: Ichabod Crane wakes up 250 years later to find the world on the brink of destruction and learn he’s humanity’s only hope. In the modern world he teams up with a female sheriff.
The show is only looking for local extras, those living around the Wilmington North Carolina area or within driving distance.
ALL who apply must be able to travel to WILMINGTON NC sometime next week. Travel is not paid.
The show is casting paid extras of all ages that can look like they are in the 1700’s.

This will be filmed in New Bern NC, most likely the filming dates are 7.27 and 7.28 with possibility of filming on 7.29 and 7.30 as well. These are likely going to be night shoots, meaning we will start in the afternoon and work until sunrise, then have around a 12 hour break and start on day 2. **ALL who apply must be able to travel to WILMINGTON NC sometime next week for a wardrobe fitting; you will be compensated for the fitting. Fittings will likely start this Monday 7.22.
What we are looking for (this is a period piece from the 1700’s):
Men, women and children in good health, able to wear warm clothing in warm weather… Seriously, we cannot overstate this point. Most in this scene will be between the ages of 18-60, we need some children ages 5+ and a few older men and women (65+) in great health (able to handle the heat).
Men: 5′ 6″ – 6′ 4″, size 36 – 46 suit. Shoe size up to size 12. Really looking for men with longer hair, no contemporary hair cuts or hair die.
Women: all women will be corseted. Women can be up to a size 12 (That means waist of 32’’). We are looking for most women between the sizes of 0-6. Shoe sizes 5 – 10. All women in the scenes must have longer hair, no contemporary hair cuts or color.
