Dancing With Gray Tulips
Hello, casting for the film Dancing With Gray Tulips has begun. Set in a small town, you’ll meet Louise, an older woman who is living within a nursing home due to her perceived insanity. She is visited by her estranged grandson, Michael, who is seeking information about his recently deceased father, whom she was the last person to see alive. All throughout you’ll find that sometimes things are not quite as they seem.
Principle filming is looking to begin around March 1st, and we’re looking to wrap sometime in May. This is a good opportunity for anyone who is looking for exposure, as well as those looking to tell a story that people will want to see.
CHARACTERS
GRANDMA LOUISE, 67, lively old woman whose sanity is questioned
MICHAEL RAVUS, 26, a serious and nervous man, Louise’s grandson
DOCTOR, 36, kind man who takes care of Louise
PHIL, early 30’s, Louise’s ex-husband, filled with foolish but good intentions
YOUNG LOUISE, early 30s, free spirited, eccentric, and pregnant
SHERIFFS 1 and 2, 30s, concerned about Louise’s well-being
While these parts are unpaid, it is a small time committment and sure to gain plenty of exposure once it is finished.
