There is a casting call out for a featured role on the CW series, “The Originals“.
The show’s casting directors are seeking a female 18 to 35 of any ethnicity with some acting experience for a non-speaking, very featured role on the show. The role has no line but will require a good amount of reaction. Talent will need to come in for an in-person audition in the Atlanta area. To get an audition slot / interview, talent needs to submit their headshot, resume, etc following the directions listed below. Those chosen to audition will then be contacted to schedule a time.
“The Originals” is a Vampire Diaries spin-off that follows one of the “original” vampire families, the Mikaelson siblings, Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah . The new season of “The Originals” is now filming and the show will premiere on the CW network later this fall. By the way… “The Vampire Diaries” is also currently filming the new season, also in the Atlanta area. You can check out those casting calls here.
According to the show’s IMDB page – Klaus must take down his protégé, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis), who is now in charge of New Orleans, in order to re-take his city, as he originally built New Orleans. Klaus departed from the city after being chased down by his father Mikael, while it was being constructed and Marcel took charge.
You can catch the new 2014 / 2015 season of the show beginning October 3rd.
The show films in the Conyers, GA area and the scene will be filming on the 7th of next month.
