Casting directors for the show are coming to San Diego July 11th-13th for Game Show auditions – Anyone over the age of 18 come and try out! The show’s casting directors have 180 episodes that need people!
Celebrity Name Game will premiere this fall in September 2014. The new game show is inspired by the board game Identity Crisis and will be produced by Courteney Cox and David Arquette’s Coquette Productions. The new fall show comes from game show powerhouse Fremantle Media and Debmar-Mercury.
FremantleMedia are the folks behind “American Idol” and “The Price Is Right“. The new TV show is described as a “hilarious and innovative rapid-fire game show that combines the best of pop culture with the best of comedy.” The show will bring celebrities and contestants together to play a game that tries to identify the name of a famous celebrity. Contestants cast for the show will play alongside Hollywood’s biggest names and try to win $20,000.
Craig Ferguson is currently set to host the new series. Craig Ferguson is the current host of CBS The Late Late show and we know he will bring the comedy.
