“The Expandables” can help you maximize the functionality of your space without adding a single square foot. More than just a facelift, we’re looking for homeowners that are about do to some reconstructive surgery and really change the way they live in their space.
Tricon will contribute to the cost of the renovation and make your money go a lot further but we do require homeowners to invest a minimum of $20,000
