“Drop Dead Diva“, the Lifetime TV legal show is now casting for new roles in upcoming scenes.
The production is filming in Peachtree City, GA and is looking for some locals who want to be paid extras on set. Seeking all ethnicities that are ages 19 to 45 to play the roles of protesters, detectives, police, doctors, orderlies, and others. The scenes will be filming the last few days of March.
“Drop Dead Diva” is a legal show about a model who dies in an accident and gets resurrected in the body of a very smart, but overweight attorney.
No longer able to depend on her looks, she is left using hers smarts to get through life and her job as a lawyer.
The role of Jane is played by Brooke Elliott. The show will be returning to the Lifetime television network for season 6. Josh Berman created the show which is produced by Sony Pictures Television.
The show stars Brooke Elliott, Margaret Cho and Jackson Hurst.
