Russell Crowe Film “The Nice Guys” Casting Male Actor for a Very Featured Role

Feature film “The Nice Guys” has a casting call out in the Atlanta area.

Tammy Smith Casting is seeking a male actor to play a blue collar maintenance man in a scene filming this Wednesday. The role is very featured and acting experience is required.

The Nice Guys” will star Matt Bomer (“Magic Mike“), Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe (“Gladiator”). In the Warner Bros Russell Crowe plays hired muscle Jackson Heally. After being hired for a job by private investigator, Holland March (Ryan Gosling), Heally stumbles onto a conspiracy which goes to the top of a large corporation. The film is described as an action / comedy and will be produced by Joel Silver with Shane Black (“Iron Man 3“) directing the flick. The film is set in the 70’s so having 70’s hair and a mustache may be a plus.

The movie films in Atlanta. Casting directors are only considering local talent.

Casting for a MAN, ages 25-60, blue collar type, to be featured as maintenance worker
Higher base pay and this is a very featured spot and a good opportunity and ACTING EXPERIENCE is REQUIRED- this person is the only person in the scene with one of our lead characters- SUPER FEATURED!

NOTE 1 : (about HAIR): MEN slightly longer hair is best ( think of how it looks in this day an age when you are in need of a hair cut…and/or longer!)
Facial hair is a plus, especially mustaches, it’s the 70’s!! If you have a beard or mustache, you must be open to some shaping/trimming if necessary.
NOTE 2: Due to available period costume sizes:
this man must be a size 40 or 42 jacket
NOTE 3: Pay rate is $100 for 8 hrs with OT after that
– this is filming in the DAYTIME in Atlanta
NOTE 4: New faces or you must not have been used on camera if you were previously booked.

The film also is looking for some general background extras that are available to work tomorrow and the following day.

Casting for a few MEN and WOMEN, ages 25 to 70 to be hotel guests in 1978. New faces or you must not have been used on camera if you were previously booked.

NOTE 3: You must be avail for both tomorrow and Wednesday. You will be booked for tomorrow, but there is a chance we may need you back on Wed as well.

NOTE 4: Pay rate is $64 for 8 hrs with OT after that. The filming will be day time filming in Atlanta
