Storytelling Show Casting

Casting for a TV show pilot based on a very popular storytelling podcast based out of New York City. Think Drunk History mixed with This American Life, with a little bit of Chappelle’s Show thrown in, and you’ll have some idea of what we’re trying to do.
We’re looking for actors/actresses of all shapes, sizes, and races to participate in a film shoot at the famous Armory Studios in San Francisco. We will be filming intros, outros and interstitials with the host of the show and need some actors to fill out the space and deliver some lines/create some action in support of the host. Improv and sketch experience is a plus.
Most of our pilot is shot, and these intro and interstitials are really the last component that needs to be shot before we can start truly pitching the show around to networks – although Showtime has already shown major interest in the project.
