Casting “Orange Is The New Black” – NYC

Orange Is the New Black  is filming the new season in NYC and is looking to cast for a High School Girls Field Hockey team.

Central is seeking REAL players, parents and coaches that are involved in High School girls field hockey in the New York City area.

Orange Is the New Black was created by  Jenji Kohan  and produced by Tilted Productions and Lionsgate Television. The critically acclaimed Netflix Comedy-drama is based on Piper Kerman’s memoir of her year in prison, Orange Is the New Black: My Year in a Women’s Prison. Recent reports state that we will get a few new male characters in the show next year. According to Vine, “Pacific Rim” star Brad William Henke as well as “The Drop” actor Mike Houston have joined the cast in recurring roles. According to a story in the Latin Times, we may even see Caitlyn Jenner making a cameo appearance in Netflix “Orange is the New Black.” Seems that Jenner befriended Laverne Cox who stars on the series as Sophia. Fans have close to a year to wait though to see if all the rumors and spoilers coming out are actually true.  Season 3 premiered over the summer and season 4 is in production right now but a release date has not yet been set but it will most likely air in early summer of 2016.
