-High school students around campus (prefer 18-20 year olds to play HS, *must actually look like a high school student!!, all ethnicities and types)
-High school teachers (30’s-60’s, all ethnicities and types)
Synopsis:
Ellie (16) lives in a cursed town. A string of tragedies has convinced her of this— the most recent being the murder of her sister and father. But that was two years ago, and Ellie and her mom Jane have tried their best to get back to normal. Ellie is now a popular cheerleader, a good student, and loved by all— especially by her broodingly handsome boyfriend Nicholas. Part of her hopes the darkness is behind her. But when her fellow cheerleaders Dee and Morgan are kidnapped, Ellie knows the curse is at work again. And when Morgan’s body is discovered, the entire town goes on lockdown. They’re calling it The Cheerleader Murders, and nobody is safe. As the police struggle to find a lead, Ellie begins an investigation of her own— but each step closer to the truth is a step closer to death. A masked killer is holding her town hostage, and Ellie doesn’t know who to trust. Will Ellie be able to break the curse before she loses another loved one? Or will she become its latest victim?
