Casting Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center’s production of “Fiddler on the Roof.”
WE WILL BE SEEING NEW PEOPLE FROM 6-7 PM PRIOR TO THE DANCE CALL/CALLBACKS BEGINNING AT 7 PM AT THE SIMI VALLEY CULTURAL ARTS CENTER.
Rehearsals begin the wk. of July 26; runs Sept. 12-Oct. 18 (Fri. & Sat. at 8 p.m.; Sun. at 2 p.m.; with two Thurs. performances Oct. 8 & 15) at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, 3050 Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley, CA.
All roles for this classic musical are open except Tevye. However, we are seeking a Tevye understudy. Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center is a non-union, non-paid community-based theater in Simi Valley, CA.
ESPECIALLY IN NEED OF MALES FROM 8 – 80 TO COVER THE VARIOUS VILLAGERS AND SPECIALTY CHARACTERS INCLUDING RABBI, MORDCHA, AVRAM, LAZAR WOLF, CONSTABLE, PERCHIK, FYEDKA, NACHAM THE BEGGER AND MORE.
ALSO SEEKING MORE POSSIBILITIES FOR GOLDE, FRUMA SARAH, GRANDMA TZEITEL, TZEITEL, HODEL AND CHAVA.
“Fiddler on the Roof” will be directed by David Ralphe, with musical direction by Mazie Wilson and choreography by Becky Castells.
Callbacks are from 7 – 10 pm July 26th at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center. WE WILL BE SEEING NEW AUDITIONEES FROM 6-7 PM ON SUNDAY THE 26th.

Bring sheet music in your key. Accompanist will be provided. Readings and a dance call will take place at the invited callbacks.
