Most Unique Events Open Casting Call

Most Unique Events is filming a short film for our upcoming Toronto Diamond Fashion Showcase that will partner with Redwood Shelter. We will be making a film about Domestic Violence that will be posted on all our social media pages as well as shown at our Showcase event. Due to this being a not for profit film, there will be no pay although meals will be provided during filming on set. We are looking for male and female actors of all ethnic backgrounds and walks of life who are looking to build their acting portfolio.
We’d like you to attend our audition on Thursday, July 9th at Kingdom Life Ministries at 10am & 1pm. Punctuality is important and we ask that you be prepared to wait as we have many auditions that day. If you are unable to attend the audition please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Please come with your headshot and resume that we can keep. You will be given a small monologue at the door and you will have time to look it over before entering an audition room. Please e-mail us, letting us know if you will be attending and specify if it will be at 10am or 1pm. Thank you.

We will be casting:
An Abused Woman
They will be acting in the role of a woman that has been abused and/or suffered from domestic violence. There will be no physical contact during the filming process. They must be able to demonstrate strong emotion using facial expressions. We are looking for all ethnicities.
An Abusive Man
They will be acting in the role of a man that abuses women although there will be no physical harm during the filming process. They must be able to demonstrate strong emotion using facial expressions. We are looking for all ethnicities.
An Abused Child
They will be acting in the role of a woman that has been abused and/or suffered from domestic violence. There will be no physical contact during the filming process. They must be able to demonstrate strong emotion using facial expressions. We are looking for all ethnicities and are open to children in an older age group.
