Casting For Short Horror Feature

Photophobic Productions is casting actors/actresses for its upcoming horror short, Date Night. Auditions will be held on June 20th at the Seattle Film Institute from 8AM to 5PM- 3210 16th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119.
Please prepare a one-minute monologue and bring a copy of your headshot and resume. Non-union only. Looking to start shooting late September, early October.
Synopsis
When a group of students find themselves the winners of a weekend getaway, with the only stipulation being they must be filmed for a new reality show, they are more than ecstatic. Unfortunately, this dream vacation turns into a nightmare when the man behinds it reveals his sinister intentions and the couples find themselves torn apart and made to participate in a twisted game show.
Characters:
Sophia – 18 – A skinny, alternative, high school senior with a shaved head. Sophia struggles with self-esteem issues and desires to live a life where she isn’t pushed around quite so much.
Vic – 28 – A larger, rounder, bear of a man with a thick beard and stylized, slicked back hair. Vic is a strong person with an eccentric personality. He can go from your best friend to your worst enemy in mere minutes.
Dominic – 19 – A shorter, athletic guy with dark, short hair, Dominic is the kind of guy who enjoys rock music and trucks. He suffers from anger problems and struggles to keep himself under control.
Jessica – 18 – a tall, trendy girl who tends to sport retro clothing and anything hipster. She loves argyle sweaters and tights. She decorates her apartment with Christmas tree lights all year round and likes to listen to indie rock.
Angela – 19 – An attractive young girl with dark hair who tends to sport college wear almost exclusively. She’s confident and smart but always down to Earth. She likes country music and tends to avoid conflict.
Andrew – 20 – A taller, skinny, well dressed man. Andrew is all about that thrift store chic and wears it well. He is a goofball, overall nice person and a good boyfriend.
Marcus – 20 – A bigger guy with a buzz cut. Marcus sports college wear, jeans and shorts. He likes fishing and pretty much anything that can be done outdoors. He’s a good old boy and is honest and cool headed as they come.
