Musical Theater auditions for “The Other Woman: My Mother-in-Law”  –  Singers / Actresses,  male and female dancers.

Auditions will be held Sunday, August 9, 2015 from noon to 2:30 p.m. for actresses/singers and 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. for male and female dancers. To participate, you must schedule an audition by visiting www.TheOtherWomanMusical.com. Also, be sure to read “What to Bring/Expect.” Those auditioning are not paid. Those performing in the musical will be paid.

The Other Woman: My Mother-in-Law is a comedic musical featuring four women who meet on a cruise and explore the trials and tribulations of dealing with their mothers-in-law as they embark on their quest to being happy no matter what. This show features original song and dance, multiple genres of music, and jokes enjoyable for both women and men of all ages.

Characters:

Candace– 30’s-40’s. Any ethnicity. Belty Soprano 1. Self-made millionaire who’s raising a family with her millionaire husband.

Barbara– 30’s-Late 40’s. Strong Alto that can hit Soprano notes. Any ethnicity. No-nonsense, sassy, television chef.

Sara– Mid 20’s- Late 30’s. Soprano. Any ethnicity. Kindhearted, people-pleasing, soft-spoken (initially quirky and awkward) housewife who hates housework.

Linda– Late 20’s-Eartly 40’s. A strong alto of any ethnicity. Articulate, intelligent, sensual book executive who can’t have children.
