The casting information below is for a film to be submitted to festivals worldwide. Compensation would include credit, copy, and meals for a two-weekend shoot tentatively scheduled for late February 2016.

Synopsis: A caper/heist film where nothing is as it seems. An aging female gangster faces off against a young would-be leader and her rag-tag crew.

The Gangster
Woman in her 50’s. Black. Commanding presence.
Elegant and powerful. Must be able to do New Orleans accent.

The Girl
18-22 to play teen. Black. Charismatic. Confident. Tomboyish. Swagger and style. A natural-born leader.

The Woman
20’s. Black. Beautiful. Striking features. Must look good and be comfortable in a bathing suit. Must speak french.

The Man
20’s. Black. Beautiful. Must look good and be comfortable in a bathing suit. Must speak french.

The Hand
18-22 to play teen. Open to any ethnicity. Looking for unique looks, and character faces. Lots of physical acting and physical comedy.

Teenager 1/ “Buttercup”
18-22 to play teen. Black or multiracial. Character evolves from goofy and immature to cunning and cutthroat. Fast talker.

Teeanger 2/ “Cupcake”
18-22 to play teen. Open to any ethnicity. The “runt” among his group of friends. Fast talker. Smart enough to know when to avoid danger.

Teenager 3/ “Handsome”
18-22 to play teen. Open to any ethnicity. Good looking, second in command, lieutenant of the group. Slick talker. Naturally funny.
