LIGHTS – A short film at the San Diego County Fair

Surrounded by the flickering lights of a fun fair at night, we follow dozens of people in a roller coaster ride of emotion, finding beauty in every high and every low, finally soaring to exhilarating heights.
Roles:
LIGHTS has a cast of close to 50 people, across 16 sequences. We are looking for 1 baby, 10 children, 20 teenagers, 11 adults and 5 seniors. All ethnicities welcome. For more detailed role descriptions, visit www.lights-film.com
Details: Audition dates TBD. Stylistically the film is closer to commercials than narrative film: the focus is on action and interaction over dialogue – any dialogue will be unscripted.
Date & Time: June 3-July 3, rehearsals in afternoon, shoot at night. Talent will be called to rehearse and shoot their sequence within one day only.
Compensation: All cast members will receive a Copy and Credit (incl. IMDb), a Season Pass to the San Diego County Fair, which allows you to come back for free all month, as well as parking & food vouchers, and basic craft services for the day(s) of your call. Some roles may be stipended (TBD).
