Project Description: After bringing home some Halloween costume for her son to choose from, a mother finds out that all he wants to wear this year is a dress.

Role Description: A sweet, quiet boy who struggles to tell his mother that he wants to wear a dress for Halloween. The actor must be comfortable with different expressions of gender and, to a degree, what it means to not identify with the gender you were born with. This is a short (the script comes in at 5 pages) and the of the dialogue comes from the other character in the story, but Jacob does have eleven lines. We are not anticipating that the shoot will take more than 4-5 hours, and it will be shot at an apartment in Boston.
