Chicago’s 4 Star Casting has released another casting notice for “The Exorcist” TV remake.
The show is filming in the Chicago area and is filming the pilot this month. Last week, the casting directors for the new series released a casting call for Chicago area extras. Now, seems that they are seeking a male wardrobe model. This is not an on camera role. The model will be trying on costumes for only a few hours and there is a possibility that the model may be able to stay on with the show as a stand in for one of the show’s cast members. The show is supposed to film between March 8th and 31st.
1970s horror classic, The Exorcist, may be coming to the small screen. FOX has ordered a TV series pilot for a new version of “The Exorcist” which they are hoping will get some heads turning and tuning in to a modern re-telling of the story. The new show is based on William Peter Blatty’s bestselling book, The Exorcist. The network describes the show as “a propulsive, serialized psychological thriller following two very different men tackling one family’s case of horrifying demonic possession, and confronting the face of true evil.”
Since the the pilot for “The Exorcist” is filming in the Chicago area, the CD’s will only be considering local talent.
