DESCRIPTION:
35-minute narrative rock ballet set to Gnarls Barkley’s “St. Elsewhere” album.
AUDITION DATES:
Portland Ballet

Portland, ME
Thurs, March 3: 6:30-8:30pm
Sat, March 5: 2-4pm
-A sample contemporary combination will be provided.
-Please bring a head shot and resume.
REHEARSAL AND PRODUCTION DATES:
Rehearsals are 4/11-5/6: days and times TBA
Tech/dress: 5/9-12
Performances: 5/13-15
COMPENSATION & UNION CONTRACT DETAILS:
Nonunion contract. Pays $50 stipend, plus commission at $5/ticket.
SEEKING TALENT:
6 roles for:
-dancers of either gender
-dancers 16-45 years old
-dancers with 10+ years recent training
Movement will be athletic; contemporary, hip hop, tap, and ballet training or capability required. Lifts and shared weight choreography will be used.
