Now casting for “Diary of a Dead Guy – the Country-freakin’-OPERA!” to be debuted at Nashville’s Third Coast Comedy in their upcoming season.
Nashville ain’t never seen nothin’ like this. “Diary of a Dead Guy – the Country-freakin’-OPERA!!” is a 3-Act, R-rated musical about a murdered country singer channeling his memoirs through a redneck kid, adapted by Ty Hager from his well-received novel of almost exactly the same name, making its world debut at Third Coast Comedy in Nashville this winter.
All parts will be sung (like a traditional opera), but the music is pure country with a little rock and PLENTY of dirty words.
