Motel Eighty-Two – Short Film.
Locked in an interrogation room, mad scientist Dr. Preston comes face to face with General Foreman his former boss and the deep state organization bent on discrediting his attempt to leak information on a top secret weapons program he helped to design. But with both men’s identities being brought into question, they discover the truth of who they are is stranger than fiction.
This 10-15 minute psychological sci-fi thriller film is based on a novel and is intended to be a pitch to studios for production. The script is dialogue heavy and is designed to showcase the actor’s skills in emotive expression and monologue skills.

A mad scientist addicted to drugs. He is highly expressive and is borderline psychotic. Suffers from paranoid delusions. Actor must be able to display high levels of anxiety and proper articulation of complicated science terms. Physical Characteristics: Medium to tall height, slim, shaggy blonde hair, scruff and/or beard. A stern and stubborn military general with decades of experience. He takes no prisoners but is deeply devoted to those he cares about. Committed to his country, he will do anything to protect its secrets. Physical Characteristics: Sharp jaw line, short to shaved hair, broad shouldered.
