“Turn: Washington’s Spies” audition notice for speaking roles.
The series is now filming a new season and is holding auditions for actors to fill various principal roles in an upcoming episode. These are principal, speaking roles which will be paid principal SAG scale rates. The roles will require an audition that will take place in the Richmond area. For locals who do not have acting experience, the show is also currently casting extras.
Please note that the show films around the Richmond, Virginia area and the CD’s will only be considering talent that is local to the area.
“Turn: Washington’s Spies” is set in 1778 and tells the story of America’s first spy ring, the Culper Ring. The story centers around a New York farmer named Abe Woodhull. Abe and his a group of his childhood friends come together to form The Culper Ring, an unlikely group of spies who turn the tide in America’s fight for independence and help George Washington win the Revolutionary war. AMC announced some months back that TURN: Washington’s Spies season 4 will be the final season of the series bringing an end to the story of the Culper Ring . “TURN” season 4 will consist of 10 episodes and will premiere in spring of 2017 on AMC.
