Tea Party Productions is seeking five women from diverse backgrounds to co-host a Alternative Right news podcast, MAD TEA. We have the brand established and ready to launch we just need the RIGHT talent!
Applicants must possess the following:
A passion for news / current events and how they shape our lives
Knowledge of how to thoroughly research and fact-check scripts and stories in a timely manner
Excellent organization and communication skills and sense of personal and professional responsibility
Proficiency in working in both solo and collaborative situations
Ideal candidates will also possess:
Expertise and/or knowledge of important current politics and world events
Working knowledge of YouTube Live Streaming
The ability to gracefully and responsibly navigate the line between fact and opinion in videos
Solid familiarity with various social media platforms and strategies including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Vine
Improvisation and interviewing skills
A pro-active work ethic when it comes to pitching new shows, ideas, social campaigns, etc

Video Audition Requirements
We want you to write and record your take on a news story from this week that is important to you, research it from multiple sources and points of view, write up your take on the subject and present it to the audience in an engaging way then send the link to us!
We’re not looking for the best lighting, editing, or other technical considerations, we’re more interested in the quality of your research, writing and presentation. Video phone recording up against a wall in your home is perfectly acceptable.

Payment: No Compensation at this time. We have absolutely no budget so initially this will be a labor of love. Any profits made as our audience and brand grows will be shared with each member of the team.
