Musicians and Singers looking to create a R&B and Funk group

I’m looking for a 4-5 piece band consisting a drummer,guitarist, bass player, and keyboardists from ages 18-25 to join a Funk/Pop/R&B group. Performing and writing songs to similar artist such as Zapp and Roger, Cameo, The Gap Band, Morris Day and The Time,Bruno Mars, etc. I am not a manager or a record label. I am actually a member of the group. I am also looking for musicians that are able to perform and dance similar to old skool bands as listed. If your great at writing songs, producing music, creating choreography, or even have great fashion sense that’d be awesome. I am looking at the big picture more than just performing but touring with musicians.
