International Singers Needed!

I am creating a new christian program on BRIC TV in Brooklyn, NY that will air throughout New York City. I am looking to audition singers male and female with diverse background for the show.
I am looking to put together three (3) teams of 8 singers. You will rotate during the production schedule so no one singer or team gets burnt out and no one thinks they are indispensable to the program. Check your egos at the door. No drama king or queens please.
The teams will be asked to perform on professional music projects sponsored by the program and/ or yours truly. I am working on my first debut album, too.
There is no pay right now, but will be in the future, as you prove yourself as a committed team member.
You must meet all of the criteria below. NO EXCEPTIONS. New criteria will be added as needed.
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must be of Korean, Japanese, African, Spanish, Indian, Native American, Asian, American descent. I am looking for 3 singers from each descent.
3. Must be an active believer and Christian and have a clean lifestyle. Note. I did not say perfect but a lifestyle befitting of a Christian singing on a Christian program. ie. No smoking, drinking, drug habit or any other ungodly vices, etc. that would affect you, the show and your fellow team members. Be honest with yourself and do your own self-examination of your life!
4. Must be willing to learn more than one language & participate in culture exchange within the team. For example, for a social event, we may all dine at a Korean restaurant; or we may dress in our native attire for a show or we may sing a song in Creole.
5. Must have musical training and know how to harmonize.
6. Must know how to play an instrument or in the process of learning how to play an instrument or instruments.
7. Must be willing to sign a talent release and confidentiality statement.
8. Must be willing to commit to at least 3 months or more.
If accepted, must abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by yours truly in being apart of the team including committing to the production schedule, dress code, contributing financially in support of the team, the program, etc.
If you are still interested after reading all that I require and more to be apart of the team, please send me a 3-5 minute video of you singing two songs: 1. acapella; 2. accompanied music. Please send in proper video format i.e. mp4, mpeg2, etc.
Feel free to share with your friends, family, church etc. who may be interested if you decide not to audition yourself.
You can choose to use a track, have someone play for you or sing and play yourself. You can choose whatever genre you want. Just make sure your song selections are the best for your voice!
Any video over 5 minutes will not be viewed! If you can’t impress me within 5 minutes, anything over 5 minutes is not going to make a difference.
This is a unique project so I am looking for unique performers. Remember I am striving for the following: Key word is EXCELLENT SPIRIT!
