Next Big Singing Group

I am looking for talent in the Dallas area to be in a singing group with me. If you are a singer (boy or girl) and are interested in being in a group, then read below for the requirements and how to audition.
Requirements:
1. You must be between the ages of 14-18 (exceptions can be made based on talent and willingness to work.)
2. You must be able to sing (I’m not looking for extremely talented people, but actually having some singing ability helps.)
3. You must be willing to work….hard. These things don’t just happen overnight so you must be able to dedicate your time, patience, and godgiven talent to the group.
4. You must be a team player.
Optional:
1. Being able to dance.
2. Being able to write songs.
3. Having knowledge of music.
How to audition:
1. Record a video with the following
- Name
- Age
- Location (what part of Dallas you are in)
- A song you have prepared (choose something that shows off your skill)
- Why you’re right for the group
- Any other skills you have to offer.
