Seeking REAL families with parents that go the extra mile to create magical moments, memories and traditions.
Are you a parent who creates, builds or does something extra special for their children?
For example: you draw on their lunch bag daily, you made their bedroom Star Wars themed, you make themed desserts, you make extraordinary gender reveal parties, incredible themed anything (not limited to birthday parties, Sweet 16, Quincinera, etc), or go that extra mile to create magical moments, memories and traditions.
Most Extra Parents is a comedy series profiling parents around the country who are millennial-level extra. Videos will be honest and tellingly hilarious, original interviews with parents in their natural environments, either on-location or through pre-directed footage captured by the talent. Talent must be local to LA or anywhere in CA with amazing stories. Talent must have a good amount of User Generated Content to support their “extra” narratives. Talent must be willing to allow us to film on location.
If you are that parent or if you know someone who is, we would love to consider your story for our series, which spotlights the many different ways that parents go above and beyond on being a parent.
NOTE: If chosen, the shoot day will be ONE day in August (please provide conflict dates, if any)
Pays $1000 for the day/ for the entire family of 3 or 4 (could be any combination – a minimum of 3; single parent wit 2 kids, parents with 1 or more kids; single parent and significant other with at least 1 or more kids, etc)
They may need to scout your location; one day prior to the shoot date

-Do you live in a house or apartment (will need permission from Landlord to film in your apartment if chosen)
-Number of kids and ages
-Short Description of how you are “Extra” and why you do what you do for your kids
-Recent YouTube video links of what special projects you’ve created for your kids (NO VIDEO FILES PLEASE)
-Photos of your family and event that you have created special memories for that EXTRA special event (put all photos in dropbox and share link please; DO NOT email photos)
-Provide conflict dates in August (if any and we will try to work around your schedule)
