OPEN AUDITIONS FOR MAMMA MIA! THE BROADWAY MUSICAL!
It’s happening just in time to relive the delight of the original and get excited about the recently announced sequel! Join dozens of performers of all ages from around the metro area at the biggest, liveliest beach blast EVER as we bring this blockbuster show to the stage July 26-29 at the beautiful Belleville East Performing Arts Center! This show features a large cast, great music and lively dance numbers. Openings are also available for creative team members, choreographers, costumers, technical and support personnel, and keyboard (synthesizer) players,

Our auditions are always fun and stress-free! Please come prepared with the following:
A song of your choice, preferably from a Broadway musical, that best demonstrates your vocal ability, approximately 32 bars prepared. Songs from MAMMA MIA are acceptable. Please bring sheet music if possible; an accompanist will be provided.
Theatrical resumé, if you have one.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in-no sandals or flip flops.
If you have never before auditioned for one of our shows, please bring a recent headshot.
Those interested in speaking roles will receive an audition packet with readings to prepare. We do not require cold readings.

Since its debut as a as a smash-hit stage musical and evolution into a beloved feature film adaptation, this show has brought joy to world-wide audiences of all ages. Licensing for this show other than to professional venues has been YEARS in coming and TAKE A BOW’s will be the first such production in the metro area.
