This GVSU independent/student film is the story of a young boy who is forced out of naiveté during a painful family dinner, coming to terms with his mother’s addiction and learning to process loss.
CHARACTER BIOS
LEO (8-11) – Lead role. Naive, shy, introverted.
– Male preferred, but could be adapted to female.
MOTHER (30-50)- Aggressive, head-strong, alcoholic
FATHER (30-50)- Soft spoken, push-over, intellectual, patient
Shooting Dates: between October 10 and November 3.
Shooting Location: West Michigan
Compensation: None, but there will be pizza on set!
