* Non-Union, short film. $100/day for a 2-3 day shoot.
New In Town explores the lonely adventures of a young woman’s first day arriving at her new home – The bay area.
LOCATION: Oakland, CA. Talent must already be in the Bay area.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE: Saturday March 30th-Sunday March 31st and TBA Saturday April 6th
ROLE: *Denise – A mid-late 20’s Black American woman. Originally from the East Coast, Denise has just moved to the bay area for new opportunities. After arriving at Oakland International Airport, she excitedly gets acclimated with her new surroundings that is the bay area. Denise wears her natural hair and is humorous, intuitive and determined to follow her dreams.
