Food Network is looking for the following…
-Children (male or female) about to celebrate a birthday. Under the age of 15.
-Must be available May 6th for 2-3 hours to film in Long Island City.
In your submission please include:
-First and last name
-confirm child’s age
-Your ideal birthday party, interests, favorite colors
-Are you a picky eater? What are your favorite and least favorite flavors?
-Submit a short video describing your DREAM birthday cake
-2-3 recent photos showing your current look (NO hats, no sunglasses, no filters in the photos please. Please make sure these photos accurately show your current hairstyle/length/color!)
