Seeking actors for a Stage Reading “Cold Retreat’
It is a tale of a group of people on a winter retreat. After someone buckles, the rest of the group wonders will they love to tell it!
Characters:
Pastor J: Early 40’s . Handsome fraternity pastor. African American. Married his college sweetheart. Has great intentions but is haunted by his past.
Natalie: Early 40’s. Wife of J. Great mom and wife and a leader in her own lane.
Eric: Late 20’s early 30’s. Fun loving second command. He is always the comic relief and always keeping a smile on faces.
Leah: Late 20’s early 30’s. Wife of Eric. She is violinist. Removed from the group but also provides peace and a youthful perspective.
Sullivan: Older Woman. very stoic but given the chance she is very loving.
Dave: West Indian of African born. Wealthy but lonely businessman who has found the Lord and has become friends with the group by various contributions.
