EAR ACHE LOGLINGE:
Claudia, a young, deaf woman, finds love with Matthew, a hearing man. To be together they must sacrifice everything they have ever known.
ROLES:
Claudia: Early twenties, deaf, speaks ASL.
Claudia’s relationship with Matthew complicates her relationship with her close-minded and abusive mother.
Matthew: Early twenties, hearing, speaks ASL, preferably plays guitar.
Matthew is a musician who’s love for Claudia drives him to make intense sacrifices for their relationship.
Anna: Middle aged, deaf, speaks ASL.
Claudia’s extremely conservative mother who physically and emotionally abuses her. She believes that deaf and hearing people shouldn’t be together.
Actor will be paid for gas money, will get food on set, get copy and credit.
Shooting date will be in/near Santa Barbara, CA during the following dates: October 4-6, 11-13, 18-20.
We are looking for actors who are deaf and/or must know ASL.
