Logline: A young girl spends her life coping with the ever-looming presence of distorted beings that are confined to darkness in this psychologically chilling horror short. She must face their constant presence and the unavoidable fate they may represent.

Edith (main protagonist) is introduced to the creatures by her mother at a young age, becomes used to their presence. She highly trusts her mom, but fears that her mom might be delusional and have an unhealthy attachment to the creatures. She is cautious of the creature’s presence despite her mother’s affection toward them, she is terrified of them upon first meeting. Filming for this character will take place on a one-day weekend from 6:00PM – 9:30PM. Parents of the talent are allowed on set.

Alice is the mother of Edith and has become accustomed to the presence of the dark creatures. She has grown to trust the creatures, thinking of them as angels. She cares for her daughter and pushes for her to view the creatures as she does, but her feelings are unhealthy and misguided, bordering on delusional. Filming for this character will take place over 3 days of principal photography, with multiple days in between each day of filming for rest and ease of scheduling.
