Actors Needed For Children’s Puppet YouTube Show – PAID

This is a puppet show that focuses on VOICE ACTING and puppeteering will be a taught by us. First and foremost this is a Voice Acting job.
We are a production company based in the Woodlands, TX, we are casting for a show called “Johnny TV”, an episodic short form children’s digital video show (8-12 Minutes) for ages Pre-K to 2nd Grade that uses the stories of Johnny the puppet to entertain and educate kids through comedy and music.
The rate for a casted role is:
$100/day of work
(This is lumpsum, so that amount will paid whether days are shorter or go on longer)
(A work day will consist of 8 hours of work)
These roles will require work to keep up puppets and act with them.
Please send in a “Demo Reel” of the range of voices you can do to the email listed. After a selection process, those picked will come in to do a live audition, which then they will be casted.
Please understand this is an ongoing series for the foreseeable future, meaning that your schedule must be open to changes and that you are available to film for full work days (spaced out).
The roles to be casted are:
“Johnny” a 5-year-old boy puppet with high energy and overwhelming curiosity, he is constantly learning new things and attempting to achieve his goals through ridiculous ways (i.e. SpongeBob).
“Professor Jesse” a 20-year-old girl puppet with high intelligence and a sarcastic personality, who’s Johnny’s older sister. She lives in the lab where she is constantly inventing and builds Johnny’s ideas.
“Greg” a clunky robot puppet that assist Professor Jesse in her lab. He only says one word but with different inflictions. He’s always willing to help no matter what the task.
The first 3 episodes will be filmed on:
June 3rd, June 4th, and June 5th
*Full day filming each day*
There will also be 3 rehearsal days to go over puppeteering and acting to get ready for the first 3 episodes, those rehearsal days will be:
May 7th, May 14th, and May 21st
*The prep days will only be half days*
