Casting for the character Bill: Bill is the underground leader of three street thugs. He demands them to find his money that was stolen by his daughter. Bill must decide to tell them to either kill his daughter for stealing or forgive her, in which he doesn’t have a soft spot in his heart.
When a young kid is arrested and beaten unconscious by police, a riot erupts in the notoriously violent suburbs outside of LA. Three of the victim’s peers, Tommy, RJ and David, wander aimlessly about their home turf in the aftermath of the violence as they try to come to grips with their outrage over the brutal incident. After one of the men finds a police officer’s discarded weapon, their night seems poised to take a bleak turn.
