I got a slum dog millionaire chance, but I got big dreams with a lot of faith. Would love to open my doors to some clever minds. My 360′ house make- over need is just because of my location and pay -rate.My first house , was chosen due to high cost / and (me) doing this on my own.Hilton Head,Sc is paradise but buying a house as a single male ,feels like a cold shower.One one hand I can afford or can acquire loan for medium housing. Which puts me in the bubble !! I choose to live below my means ,and hoping to uplift the community and educate others that our community is seen as a sore.Its up to us to revamp it and bring it to par.
