Inspireworks, LLC is casting the trailer for They Don’t Cast Shadows based off of the book written by Bob Leone. This is a non-union casting. This trailer will be used to procure funding for the feature length film.
They Don’t Cast Shadows has been said to be the Twilight Series of the Christian realm.
Lisa McGrath is just an ordinary high school student, until her spiritual rebirth gifts her with a supernatural gift that allows her to see the unseen spirit world. Lisa sees that demons have overrun her hometown, causing misery and death. She meets a mysterious teenage boy, Jason, tall and athletic. Aided by Jason, Lisa finds romance and danger as they fight alongside angels to rid her hometown of the demons. Suspenseful and romantic, Lisa’s world gives a peek into the spirit realm where evil sometimes wins.
Casting will take place in person on Saturday, November 14, 2020. Filming will take place on Saturdays: November 21, 28 and December 5, 2020. You must be available for all dates.

Lisa: Open ethnicity, female, age to look 16-17, prefer 18+ to look younger, high school junior, petite, loves horses and knows how to ride. ($200/day, 3 full days)
Jason: Open ethnicity, male, age to look 18, high school senior, tall, athletic football star (WR), humble and kind. ($200/day, 3 full days)
Tina: Open ethnicity, female, age to look 16-17, prefer 18+ to look younger, high school junior, Lisa’s best friend, talks with a “valley girl” type speech. ($200 full day)
Sunshine: Open ethnicity, female, age to look 15, prefer 18+ to look younger, high school sophomore, Jason’s little sister, bubbly, happy and kind. ($200 full day)
Eddie: Open ethnicity, male, age to look 16-17, prefer 18+ to look younger, high school junior, slightly awkward. ($200 full day)
2 Angels: Open ethnicity, male, age 18+, very tall, over 6’5 preferred, but not limited to. (Angel A $200 speaking full day, Angel B $100 nonspeaking full day)
2 Demons: Open ethnicity, any gender, age 18+, short and thin, must be okay in full prosthetic makeup. ($200 full day, flat rate)
Extras: High school kids, prefer 18+ to look ages 15-18. ($50 flat rate, half day)
Minors must have their parents sign a release and parents must accompany actor to the audition.
