Seeking Actors to audition on Zoom: 9/24/21-9/26/21 Shooting Nov. 6th and 7th in Canton, Ohio. Choose an audition time best for you based on available times.
Friday From 5-8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 am-1 pm.
Logline: A man returns to his childhood neighborhood reflecting on his troubled past, desiring to be a better person to the one he loves.
Have resume, headshot, and/or a demo reel.
Compensation for actors: Experience, credit, digital/DVD copy of the film, and fed on set.
Characters Description: Ryan: late 30s-40s, Black, mature man with a past. He is seeking redemption from his daughter. Roams the neighborhood reminiscing on his joyful & painful childhood. (Must have a valid drivers license/car)
Teen Ryan: Younger version of Ryan. Have an 18-19 appearance, Black, forced to grow up fast, tough, edgy, urban, athletic, and following around best friend. Alcoholic, care-free, lover-boy/f-boy.
Adolescent Ryan: 14-15 appearance, Black, easily influenced by his friend.
Tony: 18-19 appearance, Open Race, tough, edgy, athletic, fun, cares for Ryan. Had to grow up fast, an urban drug dealer.
Adolescent Tony: 14-15, Open Race, loves comics, cares for his friend Ryan, starts selling drugs with Ryan.
Nonspeaking parts: Ryan’s Girlfriend – African American (18-19 appearance) – Need headshot/resume, no auditioning. Must be comfortable showing affection to boyfriend.
