Grinder Productions is pleased to announce that we’re going to try and put on some plays this summer. Real, live plays!
We’ve booked the Ennotville Historical Library for two weekends of shows this July. We’ll have a robust safety plan in place, and will conform to whatever public health restrictions are in place at that point in time. If we can’t perform indoors we’ll perform outdoors. If we can’t perform outdoors we’ll do something else – film it, move it to a later date, do it over zoom – we’re simply going to figure it out, because we’re theatre people and we’re going to bring theatre back, whatever it takes.
Obviously in order to do this we need some actors – like you! These will be online auditions, so please send us a 1-2 minute contemporary monologue of your choice, along with your name, age, pronouns, and anything else you’d like us to know. Acting resumes are not required, but feel free to include one if you have one.
Send your submissions to me, and I’ll share them with the rest of our team by 11:59pm on Friday, April 16th. No previous experience is necessary, our only restriction is that we’re not looking for any actors under 18 years of age.
