Harry Potter fan series is looking for female ‘muggle newsreader’

I’m currently working on a fanmade (non-profit) Harry Potter series focussing on the character of Bellatrix Lestrange. For this series, I’m looking for an actress between the age of 25 – 65 to play the role of a ‘muggle newsreader’, aka a newsreader for the non-magical community.
Ethnicity and age don’t matter, just know that this is fan made and therefore unpaid and that the footage will be recorded through self-tape, thus possession of your camera is important. Furthermore I’m asking for the possession of a black cloak which the character will briefly be wearing in one of the scenes.
