My friends and I go to Sonic twice a week, we always joked how we want Sonic to cater our wedding because we go all the time. This sounds fun and my friends and I would give anything to be part of this experience.
In college my best friend Matthew and I would go to the Sonic Drive Thru many times after class, on lunch breaks, after parties, etc. It was always good to end the night with a chili cheese coney, fries, and a snickers blast. Even in our tough times we went to Sonic. It was a great comfort food for break ups, failing grades, or just coming down with a case of the disease “senior-itis”. Sonic is always a place to go to. So convenient. SO good.
My sister and I would to go to Sonic before school and after dance practice every day. We would talk about how life is changing and how I, the oldest child, would be heading off to college In a new city. We must have had uncountable heavy conversation over ice cream and fried Oreos. However, the juxtaposition of those moments really shifted how we perceived the world and the irony of that was the unveiling our deepest secrets, romantic encounters, hopes and dreams all while parked in a sonic car hop.
