Get on Chopped in 2023 – Casting Home Cooks

Hit cooking show “Chopped” is now casting.

The long running Food Network cooking challenge is now looking for Chopped biggest fans and you do not need to be a professional chef.  The show and the show’s casting directors are dynamic home cooks who have the skills to compete on Chopped.  The casting notice below is for a specific upcoming episode of the show, however, Chopped is also casting professional cooks and those interested can check out the chef audition notice.

Do you love to cook and would love to get an opportunity to be on a cooking show?  Read on.

Four chefs call on their culinary skills as they face off against one another to prepare a spectacular three-course meal consisting of an appetizer, entree and dessert. The catch? In each round, they have to use all the ingredients the show provides them, however unlikely they might be (Gummi Bears, anyone?). At the end of each course, a panel of three guest judges “chops” one chef who fails to measure up in terms of taste, presentation and creativity. The last chef standing takes home bragging rights and a cool $10,000. Ted Allen hosts.

I am mostly a home cook. I have worked in a kitchen before for 12 months and got my food handlers card. I absolutely love the show chopped, and I think it motivates me to be the best cook I can be.

I am a home cook. I learned a lot from my mother. I’ve also watched lots of cooking shows. Chopped is my favorite!
