“The Stage in Heart” — A New York Film Academy Student Musical Short Film

We are looking for one lead actress who can both sing and dance/have experience in musicals/or major in theatrical art, and multiple background dancers for our seven minutes student musical short film “The Stage in Heart”, which is inspired by “Singin’ in the Rain.”(1952).
For the audition, the actress is required to submit videos that are related to musical performance, dance, and singing, which can show their both singing and dancing skills to our team.
(The videos can be very simple: a musical performance you might have already done before, or brief self-tapes to show your vocal and dancing skills!)
If you’re interested, please send me your reel as soon as possible! The submission deadline is June 4th, and we will make our final decisions very soon.

The project will shoot on June 26th, and rehearsals will begin in probably a week.
