After an illustrious career in the Belgian police force, and following WWI, Hercule Poirot has retired to the English countryside amidst other Belgian refugees. Emily Inglethorp his local benefactor is murdered, and Hastings who is staying at her country estate calls in Poirot as they embark on their first case together. We gallop along through a plethora of clues, multiple suspects, and not a few red herrings before Poirot triumphs and reveals whodunnit. This play packs 30 locations into its 70 pages, and as such will be a fast paced and entertaining jaunt, a big challenge to get your acting teeth into!
Auditions will be held by appointment 11am-5pm Sat 19 March and 11am-4pm Sun 20 March at our rehearsal space in Marrickville.
