An emotional drama that explores the life of an old couple who have been married for 50 years. They have a perfect, traditional marriage that everyone admires, but as their wedding anniversary approaches, the husband stumbles upon a shocking revelation that changes his life forever…

Carl, 70 (casting: 50+)
A kind-hearted, very romantic and optimistic man, who loves his family more than anything. Always tries to make quality time fun and enjoyable for everyone. If any issues arise Carl looks for the positives and sorts things out without others noticing. When coming across more serious problems he shares his doubts with and seeks advice of his wife as she’s someone he trusts the most.
Anne, 69 (casting:50+)
Bubbly, nurturing and a loving traditional wife, mother and grandmother. Anne always makes sure that everyone is taken care of and well looked after and always has the right answers and solutions for every problem. Anne loves flowers and it’s something she likes to get herself; her favorite flowers are peonies as it means love, happiness and wealth – a reflection of her personality.
Danielle, 16 (casting: 18-23)
Carl and Anne’s granddaughter. While still very young she is super brave, outgoing and independent. Danielle struggles with relationships as no one seems to match the expectations she has growing up seeing a perfect marriage like the one of her grandparents and in fear to end up in a toxic one as her parents.
