Audition for Wichita’s newest entertainment experience! Voted Best Dinner Show and Best Improvised Show across the country, The Dinner Detective, is America’s largest murder mystery dinner show, with over 80 locations nationwide! Our shows are set in the present day and take place in real time. This is an ongoing run for years to come! Most shows take place on Saturday evenings. We are looking for Detectives, Host, and seated actors. This is a paid job!

For consideration, please send an email to jason@thedinnerdetective.com with the Subject Line: “Wichita Audition” If you have a headshot and resume, please attach that to the email as well. Headshot and resume are not required to audition. No callbacks will be conducted.
The audition will consist of improv games, performing scenes and exercises, and talking as a group. No need to prepare anything. Auditions are expected to take between an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the number of auditioners. This will be a group audition! Everyone must arrive for the audition on time.
Casting Details:
Roles are open to all actors, improvisers, and performers. Must be comfortable interacting with audience members in semi-scripted situations. Talent will be expected to blend in with the audience during the show.
Compensation:
Actors receive compensation of $50 – 100 depending on the role, and most actors also receive dinner and gratuity.
