Paid Video Podcast for Employees with Unseen Work Experiences.
We’re searching for REAL STORIES of employees from companies (current or former) who have felt unseen at their workplace for a well-paid Video Podcast produced by Cigna.
We are particularly interested in individuals who have worked for corporate companies (past or present), but everyone is welcome to apply. Employees can be located anywhere in the USA.
Possible stories include:
• Unacknowledged condition/situation, a balancing act of multiple roles, burnout/stress, bias at work, etc.
The objective of this podcast is to explore challenges faced silently, ranging from mental health to caregiving for family members. We are seeking individuals dealing with invisible challenges that significantly impact their quality of life and work, often going unnoticed. Our ideal participants are those comfortable sharing their stories on-camera alongside our hosts.

• Filming in either LA or NYC (early-mid Dec)
• If selected, travel and accommodations will be provided
We want to hear from employees about various issues, including balancing multiple roles, experiencing burnout and stress, and encountering unconscious biases at work.
Since the podcast focuses on employees feeling unseen by their current or previous employers, selected participants are not required to disclose their names or the names of their current/previous employers if they choose not to.
