Paid Movie Extras Work in the Catskills Area, New York for Shotgun Wedding

A Warner Bros. movie is filming in Upstate New York.  

The movie is currently titled “Shotgun Wedding” and the extras casting directors on the movie, GWIC are seeking people located in New York who would like to work as a paid movie extra. They are seeking Catskill locals and this will be filming in Windham and Boiceville, New York.  There is a mandatory fitting for costumes in Brooklyn, New York in Early May that everyone cast must attend and the company will be providing transportation for all that are cast, to that fitting.

GWCI Seeking Catskills area locals to portray 1930s motel guest & law enforcement (adults, all ages 18+) for feature film, Shotgun Wedding.

  • This is exterior work.
  • Filming in Windham, NY tent. 5/13.
  • Filming in Boiceville, NY tent. 5/16 & 5/17
  • Everyone must attend a costume fitting in Brooklyn, NY tent. 5/3 or 5/6.
  • Transportation to and from the fitting will be provided.

All Men and Women must be okay with a period haircut (women, tops of the shoulders/chin length) (men, no fades or edging)
Pay rate $208/8HRS

This background role is covered by SAG-AFTRA CBA and subject to a Preference of Employment provision.

Height, weight, and clothing sizes are used for costuming purposes only, unless needed for the casting of stand-ins or photodoubles.
